Second, do not just look at the price, we must consider all aspects of quality, cycle, and service.


1. There are many kinds of molds, which can be roughly divided into ten categories. According to different requirements of parts materials, physical and chemical properties, mechanical strength, dimensional accuracy, surface finish, service life, economy, etc., choose different types of mold forming.


2. The mold with high precision requires the use of high-precision CNC machining, and the mold material and forming process have strict requirements. CAD/CAE/CAM mold technology is also needed to design and analyze.


3, some parts due to molding special requirements, the mold also need to use hot runner, gas auxiliary molding, nitrogen cylinder and other advanced technology.


4, manufacturers should have CNC, EDM, WEDM and CNC copy milling equipment, high-precision grinding machines, high-precision three-coordinate measuring instrument, computer design and related software.


5, the general large-scale stamping die (such as car cover mold) to consider whether the machine has a press-edge mechanism, even the side of the lubricant, multi-position advance and so on. In addition to punching tonnage, it is also necessary to consider the times, feeders, machine tools and mold protection devices.


6, the above-mentioned mold manufacturing methods and processes are not owned and mastered by every company. When selecting a cooperating manufacturer, it is necessary to understand its processing capabilities. Not only the hardware equipment, but also the management level, processing experience, and technical strength.


7, for the same set of molds, different manufacturers sometimes offer a big gap. You should not pay more than the cost of the mold at the same time, it should not be less than the cost of the mold. Mold manufacturers like you, to get a reasonable profit in the business. Customizing a much cheaper mold would be the beginning of trouble. The user must proceed from his own requirements and make a full measure.


Third, to avoid long-term cooperation, as far as possible plastic mold production and product processing through-train.


1. Qualified molds (qualified specimens) do not necessarily produce batches of qualified products. This is mainly related to the selection of the processing machine of the part, the forming process (forming temperature, forming time, etc.) and the technical quality of the operator.
